Low-Risk Activity Approval Form

Leaders, This form MUST be submitted to Dawn Burwell for approval in advance IF you have an activity:

  • That is overnight activity (no more than 1-2 nights of travel) within Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and/or Louisiana

  • That involves a subject that may be considered sensitive or controversial in nature.

  • That is money-earning.

  • Use this form if you are camping at a site other than a GSNETX property and troop camp certification is required.
